I live in Australia, with my lovely little family I made with my high-school-sweetheart-turned-husband, John. We’ve been together 25 years and married for 13 and have a beautiful human together. 11 year old Isla is our love child, she is funny, very clever, VERY manipulative (she wheels and deals for chocolate and spending money for skincare), super gorgeous, artistically gifted and has the voice of an angel.

Growing up in the cane farming town of Mackay, we couldn’t wait to escape small town life and explore the world and we discovered that travelling is pretty bloody awesome. In my past life I was a broke backpacker who travelled the world without a care, and have spent time living in Edinburgh, Scotland, we have spent Christmas in Sweden, summer in Italy and a couple of months in winter trekking through eastern Europe which I think was my favourite of all.

For now though, we are happily settled in here Brisbane, Australia. I still have travel in my blood, and will happily jump across to the other side of the world for weddings (Scotland in particular is my favourite place in the entire world – I was able to tick off a huge goal of mine and shoot a wedding there in 2022 – and I offer special rates for UK weddings). I travel over to the UK + Europe around once a year for weddings and catch ups with family + friends (have british passport, will travel).

I love a good romance and whether yours is a whirlwind that started on tinder, or you are making it official after a lifetime already lived together, I am a sucker for a love story. You can be getting hitched in your own backyard or on a mountain top, I document all weddings with the same amount of enthusiasm and excitement.

I shot my first wedding for some friends in 2010 and was instantly hooked. I slowly built my business and have been photographing weddings full time since 2014 and regularly travel between Byron Bay and the Sunshine Coast.
